Every year in September we have our Annual General Meeting (AGM). This year we will be meeting (IN PERSON!!!!!!) September 15th at The Edmonton Ski Club patio. As we will be outside in the fresh air, we will be starting the meeting a little early to take advantage of the sunshine and warmth. The patio will open at 6 and the meeting will begin shortly thereafter.
The patio is social distancing, kid, and dog friendly, so bring the WHOLE family to stay 2m away from everyone else's family! This year, we won't be facilitating any grub for the group as we can't guarantee the safety of a group meal, no matter how small. However, the Edmonton Ski Club has some individual food options available for purchase, and I believe you are able to bring/order food directly there (more details to follow).
