Winter General Meeting

Please join us in person for a brief Winter General Meeting on Wednesday, January 28 at Hudson’s Canada Pub on the ground floor of Bourbon Street, next to entrance 6, West Edmonton Mall.

Enjoy complimentary appetizers (provided by UAPS), and join us for drinks or dinner at 6:00 pm (at your own cost; please note an 18% automatic gratuity will be added due to our group size). The Winter General Meeting will begin at 7:00 pm. We will have the private room booked in the back. Minors are welcome at Hudson's until 9pm.

We need quorum from our members to approve:

• 2026 Winter General Meeting Agenda
• Minutes from our 2025 Annual General Meeting
• Proposed Bylaws
• Treasurer's Statement - coming soon
• Morgan McNeely as Vice President, Kyle Stuart as Youth Director, and Eric Lund as Paddler at Large
