For those wishing to practice wet-exits, T-rescues, and rolls with a supportive hand. Come get comfortable at self rescue at whatever stage you're at! Drop in for 30 mins anytime during the window, get your practice in, and then go for a little paddle on your own. Bring your own paddling gear and boat.
Meet with all your gear at the Sir Winfred Laurier Park Canoe Launch, upstream of Buena Vista. You will find Kelsey in the water!
Required gear: Boat, float bags, paddle, skirt, helmet, PFD with whistle, proper paddling attire
